During our Christmas vacation, we had a great time at a resort in Cuba. The beaches were pristine, with soft white sands and crystal clear waters. We enjoyed the various water activities such as snorkeling and kayaking. The location was ideal as it was near a charming town where we could shop and explore Cuba's culture. the resort provided delicious food and beverages, including local specialties.

While we had a good time overall, the bathrooms at the pool, beach grill, main buffet, and theatre were frequently out of order, causing inconvenience. there was a lack of English-speaking staff, making communication difficult at times.

We greatly enjoyed a bar in the lobby. The hotel building is gorgeous. All in all an amazing stay, the venue met requests.

There is a theater on-site which provides nightly entertainment for guests to enjoy. The rooms are comfortable with nice views of either the pool or the ocean. The bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with a good selection of food to choose from.

The Internet service at the hotel is unreliable and often does not work properly.
